TGL AQUA is a PVC and Phthalate free Ink having good storage stability and excellent wet-on-wet printing characteristics. TGL Aqua is substantially free of PVC and Phthalates and comprises a core-shell acrylic polymer having an acrylic polymer printing. The r shell with Tg, -10 sub 1250 C.
TGL AQUA is a revolution in Fabric and Screen Printing ink, by using Polymer Technology combined with purest pigments. Cent per cent solvent free, easy to clean with water, provides perfect artwork, solution, consistently enables limitless creatively and very much environment friendly.
For this TGL Aqua Series of products, we have obtained Oeko Tex Certification (Eco Passport 100) from Hohenstein Testing Institute, Germany. This justifies that our products do meet with necessary quality standards and meet with all International compliances. These products are free from PVC, Phthalates, Heavy Metals, Azo Dyes, Formaldehyde, Organotin compounds and other restricted substances.

TGL AQUA Foam is special kind of “Foam Binder”. TGL AQUA Foam contains thermal expandable microsphere which is formulated to produce on textile printing. The effect is achieved by curing this printing at about 160 Deg C, at which the microspheres get expanded and the binder get crosslinked, then good fastness properties can be obtained to foam printing.

Formulation Ratio
TGL Aqua Foil base is a ready to use print paste, it is necessary stir well before the printing.
Apply a coat of TGL Aqua foil base and cure the print, apply the foil paper on printed area and transfer using heat transfer press 0 at 160 C for 10-12 seconds and remove the foil sheet.
When it is cold, do not cure the foil transferred fabrics as while curing the print will get affected.
