Acrylic Binder often need to fulfill demands in different textile printing application. Binders should form films smoothly and easily at ambient temperatures. In textile this coating should be elastic to guarantee a long life. These requirements can best be accomplished with a polymer having a low Tg. At the same time, it should display a high blocking resistance and surface hardness that can be achieved in an ideal way by using a binder with a high Tg.
This acrylic binder meet environmental concern, which means non-toxity, low odour and no emission of volatile organic compounds. TGL Water based inks utilizing acrylic binder already have good application properties and in comparison to traditional solvent-borne inks, a low VOC content and low odour.
TGL AQ-ECO 2400
TGL AQ LJ 2400 is an acrylic emulsion with soft durable film properties. It has excellent thermal and mechanical stability which renders it ideal for running on machines as well as on screens without any build up on the equipment.
TGL AQ LJ 2400 is easily mixable with cold water in all proportions. It can be used for printing cotton and viscose material with minimum effect on handle. The prints thus obtained possess very good all round fastness properties.
TGL AQ SN 411
TGL SN 411 is concentrated, Butyl Acrylate, Methyl methacrylate, acrylonitirle, styrene ter-polymer pigment binder is designed for direct pigment printing. The prints produced using this binder have a pleasing handle and excellent all-round fastness properties.
TGL AQ SN 411
TGL AQ GB 400 Plus is a specially designed binder for glitter. It is an tonic self-cross linking copolymer emulsion, which forms a soft flexible film. It does not require high temperature and long dwell times. It can be used in spray applications with the various GLITTER/SPARKLE. It is durable to washing and dry-cleaning.

TGL AQ FL 8020
- TGL AQ FL 8020 is specially formulated adhesive for all types of flock fibers.
- It is a fully aqueous ready to use adhesive, it should be printed immediately prior to the flock application.
TGL AQ Foil 9400
This concentrated, carboxylated, butadiene, acrylonitirle, styrene ter-polymer pigment binder is designed for direct pigment printing. The prints produced using this binder have a pleasing handle and excellent all-round fastness properties. It is formaldehyde and APEO free.
TGL AQ Foam
TGL AQ Foam is special kind of “Foam Binder”. TGL AQ Foam contains thermal expandable microsphere which is formulated to produce on textile printing. The effect is achieved by curing this printing at about 160 Deg C, at which the microspheres get expanded and the binder get crosslinked, then good fastness properties can be obtained to foam printing.
TGL AQ Airex
TGL AQ AIREX is an excellent general purposes waterbase antifoam comprising a mixture of surface actives. TGL AQ AIREX can be used for waste water process applications for example textile and numerous other applications. It is a concentrated emulsion and also acts as a defoamer. Do not use for potable drinking water.
TGL AQ Airex
TGL AQ RHM is a highly concentrated synthetic thickener for pigment printing. It is not affected by electrolytes. It is suitable for pigment printing on cotton as well as on synthetic textiles.
